When you cater your meal with us, you can expect our award-winning BBQ fresh off our smokers, sliced and ready to serve to your guests. All catering comes with heavy disposable plates and cutlery, serving tongs and spoons for all items, and our delicious BBQ sauces.

  • How much notice do you need?

    We ask for a 48 hour notice for caterings, but we can generally put together a great BBQ spread in under 24 hours. Dates for our staffed buffet option are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis – so inquire early!

  • How is the food packaged?

    For our in-store pick-up and delivery options all items will be packaged in aluminum pans that will fit in any standard sized chafer if you wish to use/provide these. Our salads are packaged in large 160oz black bowls. All meats will be hot, sliced and ready to serve your guests.

  • Do you require a deposit or payment in advance?

    While we will secure your order with a credit card, we do not collect a deposit or process a payment until the day of, allowing you to make any changes to your order as needed as the date approaches.

  • What sized events are you able to handle?

    We’ve catered events of all sizes for numerous occasions, from small family get-togethers to gatherings of over 1,500 guests.

  • What items are gluten-free on your menu?

    All of our meats, rubs, sauces, and sides (minus our breads and mac and cheese) are gluten-free.

  • What menu items are vegetarian friendly?

    Our vegan Italian sausage is a great protein for vegetarian guests, and our hearty Berry Bleu Salad is a favorite for all. Our potato salad, mac and cheese, coleslaw, and locally baked breads are also great vegetarian additions to our menu.
